The Angler is a sporting hat, also suitable for casual or city use. It has a 3 inch slightly curled raw edge brim for good protection from sun or rain. The height of the crown at the front peak is a moderate 4-1/4 inches. Fully lined, eyeletted, with hooks set inside the crown for easy attachment of a chin strap. The 1/2 inch hat band is made from the skin of the Barramundi, a food fish from Northeastern Australia. Imperial quality pure fur felt, reeded roan leather sweatband. UPF rating 50+. Made in Australia.

This hat is great in the rain and looks just as great when it dries. Have recommended this to a friend who now owns one. Would recommend this highly to anyone lookng for a great hat

I use this hat when fly fishing and casually around town. It is comfortable, appears durable and performed great in heavy rain. I have reshaped it after getting it wet and with steam as suggested--both methods allowed me to customize the brim and crown.

I really like the style,the size of the brim and the ventilation holes.

I had to use one of the foam inserts to make it fit. I normally wear a 7 1/4 hat, but this was a little large.

Recieved mine on Jan. 5, 2011. Must say the shipping was very fast only 2 days in between ordering and recieving. Opened the box and it was love at first sight.

Great Hat fits nicely on my head. Cant wait for summer!!

Will definitly be ordering from here agian!

Received this hat as a gift. Was everything I hoped it would be; looks great,fits well and is very comfortable. I liked it so much I recently ordered a Banjo Paterson. You wouldn't be sorry with Akubra. I would recommend to any serious hat wearer.

Service & Delivery comments:

Received my hat just as promised,promptly and in good condition. Though I would suggest that a person brush their hat when they get it because marks from packing can be mistaken for stains or fading.
