The Stylemaster is a pre-creased fedora that will suit hat lovers of all ages. Wear it with confidence to work or add a dash of style to your evening. The pinched telescope crown is 4-1/4 inches at the front, rising to 4-3/4 inches on the side and then down to 3-7/8 inches in the back. The brim is 2-1/2 inches wide and bound with ribbon. The snap brim is usually worn snapped down in front and up in back. The pure fur felt is Akubra�s Imperial Quality. The hat is fully lined and has a 1-1/2 inch grosgrain band. Reeded roan leather sweatband. UPF rating 50+. Made in Australia.

MY DAD WORE A HAT LIKE THIS HIS WHOLE LIFE..I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR ONE FOR YEARS. I SHOWED IT TO MY WIFE AND SHE LIKED IT, SO I TRIED ONE. YOU CANT BELIEVE THE COMPLEMENTS I GET SOMETIMES FROM COMPLETE STRANGER (WOMEN) WHO LOVE THE LOOK. I BELIEVE THE HAT IS COMMING BACK.

This is my fourth Akubra. They are great hats that can stand up to all kinds of weather and keep looking good. This is my first pre creased one and I love it. It does double duty as a casual hat and a dress hat with my suits and sports coats. If you are looking for a great classic looking fedora that won't let you down and at a great price this is the one.

This is my second Akubra hat, my first was a Banjo Patterson and the quality of both is excellent. I am completely satisfied with the quality and looks of both hats.

I wanted a little more "pinch" in the crown to reflect a more 1930's or 1940's "Rat Pack" style. With a little steam and a few minutes I achieved the exact look I wanted. What a great hat.

Service & Delivery comments:

I am between sizes and made a mistake and ordered down instead of up. I really should have known better and ordered the same size as my Banjo Patterson but I guess I went brain dead for a moment. It fit fine when I received it however I was worried that if it shrinks over time, as they can, that it would be too tight.

I called them on the phone and expressed my concern. They suggested either putting the hat on a stretcher when not wearing it or return it for the next size up which is what I did.

I shipped the first one back and received the new one all in the course of one week. I never expected to receive it that fast, especially a week before Christmas.

It was fantastic, I was able to wear on Christmas and to a New Years party.

Their Customer Service is excellent! You don't see that much anymore and it really is appreciated.

Your products are pricy but I think this is a case of one gets what they pay for. I've not found any finer headgear.
